Black Cod

No other Alaskan species has quite the cachet of Alaskan Black Cod.  With it's beautiful snow-white fillet and perfect flake. Alaskan Black Cod is a premium white fish choice for smoking, sautéing, poaching or roasting. It is known also for its firm, flaky texture and delicate flavor. 

All Pacific Black Cod is wild and pure, responsibly managed for continuing abundance.  Alaska boasts the largest Black Cod population in the world. Tight regulations are enforced to ensure the continued sustainability of the species. Black Cod harvested by longline and pots are available fresh from March through mid-November.
